Adziwa Community Based organization was initially called Kauma Orphans Support Initiative (KOSI).It was started in 1999 by Capital City Baptist Church (CCBC) based in area 14, Lilongwe. It started as an outreach and was officiated in the year 2000.It has five hundred and twenty children of which three hundred and twenty are orphans and two hundred are biological children (children of the caregivers).Started with 21 families and increased to 100 families.
